- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and evaluate business stakeholders’ objectives,
needs and challenges to anticipate requirements and determine areas of improvements.
- Business requirement gathering and elicitation.
- Facilitate initiatives prioritization based on business needs and requirements.
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation including business processes (as-is and to-be), workflows, use cases and user stories.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Assist technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs by monitoring, assessing and validating the solutions and deliverables.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings and presentations to share findings, ideas and solutions across different technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
Key Relationships and Department Overview:
The key relationships of the role will be with the Local and Global IT Teams as well as other Local and Global departments such as IT Infrastructure, Accounting and Operations.
Montevideo IT Trading Team is a growing team leading the Digital Transformation across the Region as well as playing an active role on projects lead from the Head Quarters.
