Team Description
Agency Billing and Incentives Management (ABIM) Team
We manage Sabre customers’ contracts with precision and care,
bringing business relationships to life.
At the Agency Billing and Incentives Management team we measure our customers’ production and charges, we produce and deliver invoices, make incentives payments according to contract terms and in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
In this role, you will be part of a global team and will get to analyze, generate, and deliver valuable information to a wide network of stakeholders like Customers, Commercial Team, Sales Operations, Treasury and Internal Audit, being able to generate an extended network across the globe.
Role and Responsibilities
- Billing and Incentives Management for travel agencies worldwide
- Contract interpretation, quality, and audit controls.
- Accurate billing execution according to contract terms.
- Order fulfillment.
- Reporting and scenario analysis.
- Storage of documentation, system setups and reporting.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Advanced English language (written and verbal) is required for this opening (for some of the positions, german, italian, or french languages are a plus)
- Contract administration, accounting or back-office background.
- Attention to detail; passion for accuracy, problem solving and decision making.
- Computer software skills: MS Office; advanced use of MS Excel and MS Access knowledge will be considered a plus
- SAP, Salesforce or other CRM Systems will be considered a plus
- Effective communication
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent follow-up ability
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment

- Experience in Travel Industry and / or Finance
