**Talent Management Analyst SA**:
**Main Objective**:
Assists on the development, execution, and operational activities involved in Talent Strategy across South America. Contributes to the implementation of talent and organizational development strategies.
**Requirements for the Position**
- ** Education**:_ Studies related to: _Psychology, International Relations, Human Resources, Administration or related.
- ** Working Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources/Generalist roles.
- ** Language skills: English and Portuguese **intermediate/ advanced
- ** Technical Skills: Microsoft Office **intermediate/ advanced
- ** Soft Skills **Action oriented and demonstrated accountability for results.
Partner management & customer focus: focusing on HR services priorities & service delivery.
**Main Tasks**
- Support the execution of talent management initiatives aligned with the company's strategy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent programs and solutions.
- Collaborate with the regional team to understand their talent needs and provide support.
- Moderate training sessions and programs in synchronous sessions, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
- Collect data through surveys and other means to gather insights on talent management practices.
- Assist in project management and change management activities for various teams and regions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers related to talent management initiatives.
- Gain a deep understanding of inter-companies and Business Units to identify areas for improvement.
- Action oriented and demonstrated accountability for results.
