Sr. Product Training Specialist
General description
Duties and Responsibilities:






- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and objectives.
- Develop training schedules, agendas, and materials in alignment with organizational goals.
- Plan and publish monthly classes as well as coordinate private trainings.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for diverse customers.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering active participation and discussion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training content and delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training coordination and delivery, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Languages: advanced English level both verbal and written. Other languages will be considered a plus.
- Strong expertise on Sabre GDS products.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies,





including virtual platforms and multimedia resources.
- Adaptability to different learning needs and an innovative approach to training delivery.
- Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
