**What you will be doing**
- Responsible for controlling payment to suppliers.
- Responsible for managing internal payment requests.
- Participation in the process of implementing changes to improve process efficiency.
- Support in the accounting closing process, to accomplish and timely month end.
- Responsible for monitoring the company's accounts payable as well as supporting their documentation and approval.






- Updating of indirect expenses reports.
- Invoice Upload
- Supplier account reconciliation
- ERP management
- Oversee payments deadlines.
- Be in constant search of opportunities of effectiveness and efficiency in the way we work great opportunity to redefine processes, and tools that allow us to be more agile and increase the time available for analysis
**Requirements**:
- +3 years of experience in similar positions
- ERP Management (ideally Oracle or Netsuite)
- It’s a plus knowledge about Procurement processes and process implementation
- Work well in a team and under pressure;
- Higher or complete education;
- You are action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attention to detail and you thrive in ambiguity
- You have business proficiency in written and spoken English
