We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be pivotal in leading product implementation and providing continuous support throughout the client lifecycle. This role involves advising finance professionals across various levels, customizing and optimizing their financial planning and analysis processes, and ensuring they are fully trained on the latest product updates.Responsibilities: - Facilitate clients in simplifying and implementing models and data within our environment, enhancing their financial planning and analysis capabilities.
- Conduct detailed business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and provide solutions, advising on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting among other areas.






- Manage and validate customer-produced data, with an emphasis on improving customer care quality.
- Recommend process enhancements to optimize procedures and maximize outcomes.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing continuous financial reporting support.Qualifications and Requirements: - 1-3 years or more of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role, preferably with a background in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities including formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and building complex models.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to professionally interact with finance leaders such as CFOs, VPs, and Directors from leading companies, manage expectations, and lead customers to successful outcomes.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.We Offer:
