To support our Credit Operations team and the growth of the business**,** we are looking for a highly dynamic and motivated:
**Financial Operations Manager - Zonamerica Montevideo, Uruguay**
In a young and very multicultural team,
you will get the opportunity to be responsible for the diligent management of the assigned SCF program/s including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risk reporting.
**Tasks**
- Monitor the program data, reports and processes
- Ensure the smooth operation of the program
- Handling daily operational activities including customers’ queries
- Maintain and develop relationship with business partners
- Train customers on program and system usage
- Identify, evaluate and write new features or enhancements’ requirements
- User acceptance testing of new features of the in-house developed program software
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Banking & Finance, Management or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field and role
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
- Proficient Microsoft Office tools skills

- Proficient Microsoft Office tools skills
- Accurate, efficient, solution-oriented, autonomous and have customer-oriented working methods

- Strong desire to improve processes
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are a bonus
