- We are looking for a Financial Operations Controlling Analyst to join our company.-
**What you will be doing**
- Reconcile and control the company's transactions, verifying the outputs and all inputs and if they were processed correctly in our system;
- Development and monitoring of KPI’s;
- Analysis of costs, identifying patterns and outliers, oversee the process until all outstanding differences and issues are resolved;






- Work with a focus on international audits;
- Work together with other departments in the organization to improve processes.**Requirements**:
- Advanced Excel skills with analytical ability and interpretation of formulas as well as new controls;
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
- Accounting bases, work and manipulations with accounting balances and reports
- Ability to manipulate large databases as well as compile and analyze this data by any means necessary.
- Being a programming enthusiast is a bonus (VBA, Python, LookML) *;
- Work well in a team and under pressure;
- Self-management;
- Higher or complete education;
- You are action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attention
to detail and you thrive in ambiguity;
- You excel in analytical thinking and problem solving;
- You have business proficiency in written and spoken English;
- It’s a plus: Audit experience and macro knowledge are considered differentials;






- Portuguese and English are mandatory
