Team Description
We’re seeking a bright,
enthusiastic and hardworking EAMO to interface with our Enterprise customer Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (“WHR”), the company’s Enterprise Account Executive, and the company’s Enterprise Program Manager(s). This position will develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate various functions within the company to ensure WHR customer requests and business matters are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Role and Responsibilities
- WHR Point Of Contact for:
- Change Requests, Statements of Need, User Stories, Defects, Enhancements, Product Roadmap (incl research)
- Incident Management / Issue Resolution / Case Escalation
- Product related support: Solutioning, Needs analysis, Requirements gathering, Slotting, Release management
- Proactively and diplomatically troubleshoot issues/potential issues with WHR to ensure appropriate and relevant internal support is in place to support WHR’s needs
- General SF updates: Opportunities / ROI’s / Contracts / Cases / Enhancements
- Support for proactive business reviews and audits
- Preparation for internal and external meetings related to WHR
- Investigate billing / collections
- Reporting
- Represents the company to WHR, and WHR to the company, in any or all relevant matters; understanding of WHR's business and product requirements is necessary. This position is fully knowledgeable about company products.
- Organizes WHR-facing meetings and presentations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in complex account management
- Advanced English level both verbal and written
- Experience with presentations and training (including webinars)
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
