**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Technical Account Manager in Sportradar, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our client relationships strong, healthy, and growing within our Managed Sportsbook Services (MSS) team. You'll be the go-to person, the bridge between our advanced sports betting platform ORAKO and our clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued. Your job will be more than just managing accounts; it's about becoming a trusted ally to our clients, understanding their needs and technical challenges,





and making sure we're always a step ahead in delivering solutions that make a difference. You'll also be the insider, bringing client insights back to our team to help us keep improving. Plus, you'll have the chance to work across Sportradar, spotting new chances to bring even more value to the table for our clients.

**KEY CHALLENGES**:
- Ensure top-tier satisfaction and retention for platform clients by fostering positive, efficient relationships.
- Actively identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities within existing client bases.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports, tracking account progress through key performance indicators and essential business metrics.






- Guarantee client contentment by coordinating internal stakeholder efforts to meet service level agreements and resolve issues promptly, escalating as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication strategies with clients to ensure mutual understanding and expectations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, sharing pertinent customer feedback and aligning on product developments, while spotting opportunities for cross-selling.
- Deeply comprehend client strategies to inform internal teams of significant business periods or actions, ensuring alignment.
- Oversee client billing, working closely with the finance department to achieve financial objectives.
- Manage contract renewals and amendments, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.






**YOUR PROFILE**:
- ** Experience**:You've got at least 3 years in IT, ideally in Betting & iGaming Account or program management, and you're ready for more challenges.
- ** Customer-focused**:You understand customer needs and are skilled at creating tailored solutions that deliver.
- ** Relationship builder**: You have a proven ability to forge strong connections with key players and stakeholders, finding common ground and consensus with ease.
- ** Proficient with software tools and development**:You have strong capabilities with commercial and project management software (Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk, Confluence), vital for managing data, documents and communications, as well as great understanding of software development.






- ** Effective and clear communicator**: You communicate clearly and confidently, capable of guiding colleagues, and impressing clients at all levels. You're great at working with others, making decisions together, and keeping everyone informed with straightforward communication.
- ** Organized planner**:You excel at managing multiple tasks, projects, focusing on details, and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
- ** Fluent in English and Portuguese, **Spanish is nice to have too.
