**What is this position about?
You will be part of a Salesforce development team for a company dedicated to private investment banking. Your objective will be to construct customized solutions and facilitate the integration of new user groups into the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) organization. Additionally,
you will provide support and maintenance for the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud as well as devise Salesforce solutions that align with the established best practices of the platform.
We are actively seeking talented engineers to join our team! If you possess Java knowledge but lack experience with Salesforce, no worries - we are committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success.
**What will I be doing?
- Utilize your expertise in Salesforce regarding customization and development frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Omni Script.
- Devise innovative features and custom solutions using Salesforce's out-of-the-box capabilities and declarative tools.
- Provide support for developers, including assistance with deployments and Salesforce release upgrades.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Salesforce platform and its integrations with internal and third-party systems.
**What expertise do I need?
- Hand on experience with Java and/or Apex.
- Expertise in custom feature development.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, preferably in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
- Experience in the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD platforms (i.e. Copado) is a plus.
**What about languages?
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!
**How much experience must I have?
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with Java and/or Salesforce.
