What is this position about?
We are looking for a Data Engineer that will lead the marketing tech integration team's data efforts. You will be in charge of designing the data-tech integration, addressing client needs by using Agile methodologies.





You will plan and streamline end-to-end development efforts and establish robust data practices for delivery of top-notch solutions aligned with requirements, architectural vision, and standards.
- You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!What will I be doing?
- Collaborating with Data Engineers to establish and uphold the Data Platform.
- Engaging with various stakeholders to deeply grasp the requirements of data practitioners and ensure scalable delivery.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conveying complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Constructing data systems, pipelines, analytical tools, and software as well as performing intricate data analysis to effectively present the findings.
What expertise do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in at least one object orientated library such as Python and Scala.






- Knowledge of data centric products such as Snowflake and Databricks.
- Strong background with Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL skills and good understanding of distributed processing frameworks.
- Thorough understanding of existing SQL warehouses and relational databases.
- Skills working with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex quantitative analyses to diverse stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with a marketing-focused environments and experience with marketing technology tools such as (CRM platforms, CDP, ESP’s) is a plus.
