**Responsibilities**:
- Perform administrative duties including reception (door, telephone, courier) coverage; calendar management for regional directors, organizing files, creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate travels for regional directors and handle expense reports.
- Support Internal communications (HR, HSE, LATAM News, others).
- Assist with miscellaneous communications & public relations projects.
- Monitor the use of the brand in all locations.
- Assist in the design, review, and edit of communications & public relations materials.
- Assist with regional events and business promotion activities.
- Keep updated regional policies like travel,
expenses, company vehicles use, others.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in similar field or position
- High school education with bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
- Level of Spanish: Advanced/Native
- Level of English: Upper intermediate
- Good Level of Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to travel to our offices in LATAM region.
